Cancellation policy can be non refundable or refundable basis the type of hotel, travel date, policy of sale etc – each of our proposal will have the clear mention of the policy; you may please read the same before approving or going ahead with the reservation

Refund Policy

If the reservation is done on non refundable basis, or the cancellation date has passed or check in date has passed or the guest has already checked in there will no refund in such cases.

In case of refundable bookings, If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase; if the cancellation is done before the reservation enters deadline; once the reservation enters cancellation deadline there would be no refund.
